Gender Pay Gap Information Documents

In accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, organisations with a headcount of 250 employees or more must report and publish specific figures about their gender pay gap.

The gender pay gap is a measure of the difference between the average hourly earnings of men and women and should not be confused with equal pay. Equal pay is the legislation that makes it unlawful to pay people less for doing work of the same value, based on their gender. We take equal pay seriously and we are confident that the required steps are taken in order to ensure that staff are paid fairly in accordance with their job roles.

From 1st April 2020, Hollingworth Learning Trust’s employee numbers exceeded 250, therefore we will be required to publish a Gender Pay Report for the snapshot date of 31st March 2021 in line with government requirements found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/gender-pay-gap-reporting .  

This report and information will be made available on the academies and trust websites as soon as it is available or by 30th March 2022.

Hollingworth Learning Trust is required to calculate and publish the following figures:

Median Bonus Pay Gap
Proportion of males and females receiving a bonus payment
Proportion of males and females in each quartile band
